When I return in the summer to the sound of cicadas, I turn my childhood home into a pop-up restaurant where I work exclusively with local producers – starting with my own family. My brother still passionately grows fruit and vegetables on our ancestral land, my cousin Manon runs a goat farm and creamery, and my cousin Carole produces delicious citrus fruits and field flowers to decorate your tables!

All summer long, I offer themed evenings, showcasing special products, intimate concerts, four-hands collaborations, or cooking workshops.

As you can tell, it’s a story of family, friends, and love of local produce and know-how. The motto of this pop-up restaurant is clear: “Eat Local!”
