Marie has also expanded her culinary repertoire and is now offering lucky guests the chance to learn from the Dalston’s finest. Marie is offering small groups some bespoke cooking courses, helping people to organize their own menus to impress guests in a cost-effective and relaxed manner, with a glass of wine firmly in hand!

Our Cooking course are design for small groups of 4 to 5 people maximum.

*Choux pastry
*meat terrine
*veal casserole
*french patisserie

Marie will talk you through the different techniques, teach you how to make a terrine, or choux pastry filling or quiches and learn about different ingredients and what equipment you need for home. 2 hour group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet, apron, and tea towel. Everything you make and prepare is yours to take home at the end of the workshop. Maximum of 5 participants working at their own station. No prior knowledge is required for this course.

We also do macaroons course & bubbles for hen do or any occasion.
